GENERAL INFORMATION
Sankankovil Municipality is a sub towns of Tirunelveli District. It is situated 55 km from Tirunelveli town towards south 40 km away from kovilpatti town towards east 16 km from puliyangudi town towards west 33 km away from rajapalayam towards north. It is amoung centre of the town.

Weekly once to Chennai from sankarankovil railway station.
